Correct or export information
Owners can export available business reports from S.Boss. For an account-level correction or export request, email info@sboss.app. We verify the registered mobile number before disclosing account information.
Remove optional photos
Profile photos and optional identity-proof photos can be removed from Me → Profile & photos in the app. If app access is unavailable, contact info@sboss.app.
Business work records
Attendance, work, leave, salary and payment records belong to a business workspace. Employees can ask the business owner to correct a record. Privacy or access concerns can be escalated to info@sboss.app.
Safe contact
Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, bank password or full identity document by email. S.Boss uses the registered mobile number for secure verification.
