Request deletion
Email info@sboss.app with the subject Delete my S.Boss account. Tell us the registered mobile number, but never include an OTP, UPI PIN, bank password or identity document in the email.
We will confirm that the request comes from the registered mobile number before deleting anything. Enter the verification code only inside S.Boss. We will never ask for it by email or telephone.
What the request covers
- Your S.Boss sign-in account, signed-in devices and alert registrations.
- Your profile information and optional profile or identity-proof photos.
- Your active workplace memberships, subject to records a business must legitimately retain.
- Businesses you own only after the effect on records and subscriptions is clearly confirmed.
Business records and subscriptions
Deleting a user account and deleting an owned business are different actions. Before confirmation, an owner is shown which businesses would be affected. Store subscriptions may continue until cancelled in Google Play or the App Store, so subscription management is presented before deletion without preventing an immediate valid deletion request.
What may remain
Limited records may remain where reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, billing, tax, deletion confirmation or another legal obligation. They are not kept as an active account and are removed when the applicable period ends.
Timing and confirmation
We acknowledge the request, explain the expected completion time and send confirmation after deletion is complete. If additional verification is needed, we explain it without requiring the app to be reinstalled.
