1. What S.Boss is
S.Boss is a mobile business-operations service for owners and employees, owned and operated by AnPact Technologies. It supports attendance, leave, work, field visits, salary records, money requests, business records and related communication. In this policy, “S.Boss”, “we” and “us” refer to AnPact Technologies as the operator of the S.Boss service.
2. Information we collect
Account and business information
- Phone number, display name, account role and sign-in history.
- Business name, type, logo, timezone, owner details and join codes.
- Employee membership, work schedule, agreed pay, leave settings and employment status.
Daily work information
- Attendance times, leave requests, tasks, checklists, issues and approvals.
- Field-visit locations, location times and optional selfie proof when the user chooses those actions.
- Photos, short videos, voice notes, receipts and other proof uploaded for a work record.
- Salary statements, advances, money requests and records that users confirm. S.Boss does not collect UPI PINs or bank passwords.
Device and service information
- Phone and app details needed to keep you signed in, deliver alerts and provide support.
- Information about errors, unusual activity and actions needed to keep records dependable.
- Basic usage information that helps us understand whether important parts of S.Boss work properly. We do not intentionally include the business content you type in these measurements.
3. Why we use this information
We use information to sign people in, provide the features they choose, keep each business private from other businesses, calculate the records owners set up, send alerts, avoid repeated actions, prevent misuse, help users and follow the law. We do not sell personal information or use business records for advertising.
4. Roles and visibility
Owners can see records needed to manage their business. Employees receive a more limited view focused on their own workday and records. One business cannot see another business's information. S.Boss staff may access limited information only when needed for support, safety, legal obligations or service management.
5. Location, camera and microphone
S.Boss asks for device permissions when a feature needs them. Location is used for actions such as workplace attendance or field-visit proof. Camera and media access are used for profile photos, optional identity proof, work proof, receipts and QR scanning. Microphone access is used for a voice note or short video that the user chooses to record. Denying a permission prevents that feature but should not grant hidden background access.
6. Companies that help us provide S.Boss
We use trusted companies to help send login codes and alerts, keep uploaded information available, process app-store subscriptions and identify service problems. They receive only the information needed for that work and must protect it appropriately. We remain responsible for how S.Boss handles your information.
7. Retention and deletion
Business records are kept while the account is active and for the period needed to show history, provide help and meet applicable duties. Some photos, videos and voice notes are removed sooner. A business owner can request business deletion through the app. The app shows what will be affected and the cancellation period before permanent deletion. A small set of safety, billing, tax, legal or deletion-confirmation records may remain for the required time and will not be used as an active business account.
8. Your choices
- Review and update profile and business information available in the app.
- Choose whether to add optional profile, identity, location or media proof where the feature permits.
- Manage device permissions and notification permission in phone settings.
- Ask the business owner to correct work records controlled by that business.
- Export available reports and request account or business deletion through the provided controls.
9. Keeping information safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect accounts and business information and limit access to people who need it for their work. No service can promise absolute security. Protect your phone and OTPs, sign out of devices you no longer use and report suspected misuse promptly.
10. Children
S.Boss is a workplace service and is not directed to children. A business using the service in an education or care setting must not create employee accounts for children or upload children’s information without a valid lawful basis and appropriate authorization.
11. Changes and questions
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. For privacy, correction, export or deletion requests, use Me → Help & support, visit Privacy choices, or email info@sboss.app. Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, bank password or identity document by email.
